About The Position

PPC Plumbing is a growing plumbing company looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive person to help build and support the daily operations of the company from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a small but growing team where your role will truly matter. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, staying organized, and taking ownership of responsibilities rather than waiting to be told what to do next. Nice To Haves

• Customer service or dispatch experience
• Experience in home services (plumbing, HVAC, restoration, electrical, etc.)
• Experience with Housecall Pro or similar software
• Marketing or social media experience

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer calls
• Scheduling and dispatching jobs
• Managing customer communication and follow-up
• Learning and managing Housecall Pro (HCP)
• Helping organize jobs, invoices, and workflow
• Following up on estimates and customer leads
• Assisting with online reviews and customer satisfaction
• Helping coordinate marketing and outreach efforts
• Contacting property managers and local businesses
• Supporting day-to-day office operations
• Helping improve systems and organization as the company grows
