About The Position

REVELXP is a premier sports hospitality company that partners with college and professional teams to deliver exceptional fan experiences through services like full-service tailgates and premium hospitality events. The company aims to redefine game day by creating memory-making experiences that ignite fan passion and build loyalty. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in the sports and hospitality industry, immerse oneself in the Big XII football atmosphere, build a professional network, and grow personally and professionally. The role involves being an integral part of game day operations, representing the REVELXP brand, and providing assistance, hospitality, and customer service to tailgating guests. The internship is for up to 6 Saturday home games in the fall of 2026 at the University of Cincinnati.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience.
  • Ensure professional presentation of all tailgates by arriving 6-7 hours prior to kick off by moving coolers, ice, and chairs, hanging up signage, and completing quality control checks according to logs and diagrams.
  • Bellhop Responsibilities – be ready and attentive at site drop-off areas to welcome guests as they arrive, help unload and transport tailgating equipment to guests' designated areas, answer any questions, and inform when the tailgate site officially closes for the day.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service by checking in with guests to ensure their needs are met and having an unforgettable experience. Be proactive in assisting by picking up tailgate sites when they step away and being available to transport equipment back to vehicles.
  • Manage the guest services area at the Welcome Tent, direct guests, and provide assistance as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs, requests, and inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
  • Assist the Event Manager + General Manager with day-of operational tasks, including setting up and breaking down equipment, managing supplies, storing materials correctly and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable throughout the event that represents REVELXP standards.
