About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Operations Expert for its Express store at Cool Springs. The role supports a great in-store shopping experience by leading merchandise-flow processes and confirming that products are available and properly sized. The Operations Expert also helps customers on the sales floor, supports checkout and fulfillment, and assists with associate onboarding and training. Other essential functions may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience; minimum of 6 months.
• Meet defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train stockroom associates as needed.
• Process shipping and receiving orders according to Express time and efficiency standards.
• Replenish product as needed.
• Process freight and sensor product.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom to support safe, efficient merchandise processing from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Coordinate product pricing and markdowns.
• Provide checkout support to customers as needed.
• Process fulfillment transactions quickly and accurately to support customer satisfaction.
• Share information about products, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Assist Sales Associates during onboarding and training.
• Assist with product-launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Help customers on the sales floor locate products and/or online orders.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
