The Operations Engineering Lead oversees a company's technical operations and infrastructure, bridging the gap between engineering and site operations. They manage technical teams, optimize equipment performance, enforce safety standards, and act as the primary point of contact for complex troubleshooting and incident resolution. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of experience
TS with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI with CI Poly
Deep understanding of systems, networks, databases, and operating systems.
Ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, manage daily workloads, and facilitate escalations for critical event responses.
Design, monitor, and upgrade technical infrastructures, control rooms, and production/facility systems to improve operational efficiency.
Develop and implement preventive and condition-based maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
Act as the final authority on technical decisions during outages, incidents, or equipment failures.
Ensure all operations meet regulatory standards, internal cyber security policies, and regulations.
