About The Position

CSAT Solutions is seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of an Operations Director for AI server repair. This position provides strategic leadership and overall operational direction for an AI server repair and reverse logistics facility. The role drives a culture of safety, quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and customer-specific requirements. The Operations Director maintains full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, capital planning, productivity improvements, and cost optimization. They establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop and execute operational strategies to support rapid business growth, increased production capacity, and evolving customer requirements. This role also serves as the operational liaison with customer leadership, conducting regular business reviews, resolving escalated issues, and identifying opportunities to expand services and improve customer satisfaction. The Director partners closely with various departments to ensure organizational alignment and effective resource planning, leads capacity and workforce planning, capital equipment investments, facility expansion projects, and operational readiness initiatives. They champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, and ensure effective inventory management and secure handling of high-value AI server components. Additionally, the role fosters a culture of accountability and continuous learning by mentoring leaders and developing succession plans. The Director provides leadership during customer audits, business continuity events, and operational escalations, and supports strategic planning, new customer implementations, new product introductions (NPI), and expansion of repair capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, electronics repair, high-technology operations, or industrial services.
  • Experience leading AI server, enterprise hardware, electronics manufacturing, data center infrastructure, or reverse logistics operations strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex customer relationships, contractual service level agreements, and executive business reviews.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar operating budgets and full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong strategic leadership with the ability to translate business objectives into operational execution.
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional organizations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Extensive experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success improving profitability through productivity, quality, inventory optimization, and cost management.
  • Experience leading capacity planning, workforce planning, and operational scaling for rapidly growing businesses.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience using operational dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to developing future leaders.
  • Proficient with ERP, MES, warehouse management, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and overall operational direction for an AI server repair and reverse logistics facility.
  • Drive a culture of safety, quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Maintain full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, capital planning, productivity improvements, and cost optimization.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including throughput, turnaround time, first-pass yield, repair quality, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, labor efficiency, and operating margin.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that support rapid business growth, increased production capacity, and evolving customer requirements.
  • Serve as the operational liaison with customer leadership, conducting regular business reviews, resolving escalated issues, and identifying opportunities to expand services and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Facilities to ensure organizational alignment and effective resource planning.
  • Lead capacity planning, workforce planning, capital equipment investments, facility expansion projects, and operational readiness initiatives.
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure effective inventory management, material flow, asset accountability, and secure handling of high-value AI server components throughout the repair lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, employee engagement, and continuous learning by mentoring leaders, developing succession plans, and building high-performing management teams.
  • Provide leadership during customer audits, business continuity events, and operational escalations.
  • Support strategic planning, new customer implementations, new product introductions (NPI), and expansion of repair capabilities.
