The Operations Director, Fulfillment Center Operations will oversee inbound and outbound operations within a nonsortable manual sortable fulfillment center. This role is responsible for monitoring performance, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance, and developing a skilled and engaged workforce. The position requires strategic leadership to achieve key performance metrics, regulatory obligations, and operational standards, while collaborating with various internal and external teams to optimize capacity and delivery management.
