2027 Operations Development Program
About The Position
AbbVie's Operations Development Program (ODP) is a global, full-time, three-year rotational leadership development program for early-career engineers and scientists. Through three diverse and challenging 12-month rotations, ODP members gain broad exposure to AbbVie Operations, build functional and leadership capabilities, contribute to hands-on projects, and prepare for future operations leadership opportunities at AbbVie. Assignment rotations may include opportunities in the following areas: Manufacturing, Engineering, and Contract Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development, Science & Technology, Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in university and completing final year of studies in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Completion of bachelor’s degree prior to the intended full-time start date.
- Minimum of one internship or co-op completed.
- Must demonstrate leadership skills through extracurricular activities, projects, work experience, or other relevant experiences.
- Mobility is a key requirement. Program members must complete at least one assignment at a U.S. Operations plant and rotate to different sites based on business needs.
