This role is responsible for delivering management reporting and analysis for the Operations department. The scope includes preparing monthly reporting to headquarters, monitoring key metrics across various Operational functions, and proactively developing and managing dashboards in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position involves analyzing and interpreting large datasets, leveraging visualization and data analysis to drive transformation and automation within the business.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis using SQL and Tableau.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced SQL skills and Tableau is a must.
  • Strong PC skills: Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel.
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration with diverse groups.
  • Team oriented, but able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, organizational/planning skills.
  • Aptitude to learn business applications and to understand how that connects to the data.
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced, frequently changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAS is preferred.
  • Experience with Python and Salesforce is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly reporting requirements for HQ, which comprise of metrics for Credit, Funding, Customer Care, Collection, and back office operations.
  • Develop and optimize various SQL and SAS codes of operation team to improve accuracy and clarity.
  • Automate manual reporting to increase reporting efficiency when possible.
  • Support the design and strengthening of operational reports and statistics.
  • Design, develop, and deploy business analytics dashboards and operational reports using Tableau, Salesforce, or Excel to enable automated self-service productivity and performance reporting.
  • Convert raw data into interactive, easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze large data sets using advanced statistical techniques and tools such as SAS, Rapid Miner, and task mining tool to uncover trends, automation opportunities, process improvements and insights.
  • Assist with data quality assessment, data clean-up and data mapping from database tables to applications such as LOS, V8, CRM, and AWS.
  • Assist Manager in UAT testing on automation projects such as RPA and eFunding or data projects.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
