This position can be located in any Huntington Corporate office location. Operations Customer Service Specialist 2 - OPS supports Huntington settlement customers by processing and respective functions. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for researching settlement transactions Escalates complex customer issues as appropriate. Coordinates training of Operations Customer Service Specialists, coordinates special projects as assigned, updates and maintains department procedures. Research and reconcile settlement services general ledgers Performs other duties as assigned. This position can be located in any Huntington Corporate office location.
