About The Position

National Powersport Auctions (NPA) is the world's largest powersport auction and remarketing company. This role is responsible for verifying the condition of units or inventory received into the facility, including warehouse inventory and placement of titled and non-titled units, ensuring all actions are performed safely and responsibly. The position may require overtime. Requirements

Qualified to create inspections on Level 1 categories.
Can complete inspections on Metric Cruiser, Domestic Cruiser categories.
Must be proficient with CR guidelines related to specific categories.
Must be proficient in CR definitions for these categories.
0 buy backs in 90 days required for advancement.
Approximately 2 CR per hour average or ~16 per day.
Must be able to add fluids as necessary to manufacturers specifications.
Must be able to tag all parts and accessories included but not attached to vehicle.
Must be able to operate company vehicles safely and within their intended purpose.
Must dress appropriately to job duties and within the parameters of the current employee manual (No open toed shoes in warehouse).
Must check in and out with direct supervisors at the beginning and end of daily shift.
Must stow away electronics, computers and cameras on auction day.
Must return company equipment before end of shift.
Must review past CR'S and QC as needed.

Responsibilities

Verify the condition of units or inventory received into the facility.
Manage warehouse inventory and placement of titled and non-titled units.
Perform duties safely and responsibly.
Create inspections on Level 1 categories and complete inspections on Metric Cruiser, Domestic Cruiser categories.
Ensure all inspections are checked by the lead CR writer before uploading on new categories.
Be proficient with CR guidelines and definitions related to specific categories.
Travel to other facilities to help when needed.
Enter the overall condition of each unit with accuracy using acquired NPA tools.
Check the mechanical condition of each vehicle and report as necessary into AMS.
Verify vehicle Identification number (VIN) including year, make, mileage and model against label and within AMS.
Check all fluids and add as necessary to manufacturers specifications.
Make comments as necessary during the condition reporting process.
Tag all parts and accessories included but not attached to vehicle.
Responsible for auction placement of vehicles as required and planned by GM.
Scan out vehicles during auction and delivery process on day of auction.
Help Dealers and other Employees as needed.
Arrive to work on time per your required work schedule.
Be courteous and respectful to fellow employees and customers.
Use company equipment and computers for company purposes only.
Operate company vehicles safely and within their intended purpose.
Dress appropriately to job duties and within the parameters of the employee manual.
Pick up after yourself.
Keep work area neat and clean.
Ask questions if unsure.
Check in and out with direct supervisors at the beginning and end of daily shift.
Stow away electronics, computers and cameras on auction day.
Return company equipment before end of shift.
Review past CR's and QC as needed.
