Operations Coordinator
About The Position
This role is responsible for managing daily supply and inventory control operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and financial accountability. The coordinator will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies while performing audits and logistical support duties. Maintaining ERP system data integrity, including item attributes and execution of product conversions, is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the role supports distribution and supply operations to prevent disruptions to patient care and enforces stock rotation best practices to minimize expiration.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
