Requirements

  • Must have previous experience using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and efficient
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
  • Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-Secondary education is preferred
  • Dispatching experience is an asset
  • Previous Logistics and Waste Management experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Experience creating daily schedules for Operators/Labourer's & Equipment
  • Review required paperwork, ensure required documents and information is available, entering data for invoicing
  • Assist the Billing Department with customer invoicing
  • Create sales orders in OMS
  • Respond to incoming customer calls
  • Provide support exporting information from various sources into excel reports
  • Other duties as assigned
