About The Position

Servomax is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team. This role involves assisting with various operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ relevant experience
  • 3 years’ experience working with operations within a large complex organization
  • Post-secondary education required; accounting degree preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Assist with resource allocation and task prioritization
  • Assist with white-glove service & deliveries as needed
  • Assist with Fleet management
  • Logistics assistance as needed (international & domestic)
  • Support and ensure health & safety compliance
  • Support with procurement tasks as needed
  • Support with warehouse tasks as needed
  • Inventory Count Support
  • Address internal or external inquiries efficiently
