The Venue Operations Assistant is to assist with the excellent care of House of Blues, its infrastructure and appearance. From day-to-day maintenance, to coordinating contractors, compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting continuous improvement strategies, the role is to ensure our venue is presented at the highest standard. This role serves as the primary administrative and operational support partner to the General Manager. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys balancing day-to-day administrative responsibilities with project-based work. This person will help keep the venue running efficiently while taking ownership of operational projects, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination.
