This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

A background in general business operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred
Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it
General computer skills for basic data entry with a background in Trilogie

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support and coordination with management as well as internal/external teams.
Skilled in processing orders and ensuring timely follow-up.
Recognize issues within the order entry or operations process and collaborate with management to implement solutions promptly and efficiently.
Support installation managers by providing order and delivery information as required.
Ensure compliance of company standards and procedures.
Should be capable of handling multiple tasks and adapting to changes.
Be able to efficiently accomplish Admin duties as assigned.
Additional duties and tasks may be assigned.
