This role will be full time in office at our Santa Monica location. The Operations Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This includes maintaining and updating employee records, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, and supporting HR projects. The role also involves office management tasks such as maintaining common areas, ordering supplies, and organizing team-building events.
