- Current driver’s license required
Nice To Haves
- 2-year Vocational degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering or construction management a plus
- Experience with materials testing preferred
- ACI Field Level I Certification preferred
- Nuclear Density Gauge Certification preferred
- DOT, ICC and NICET certifications preferred/ability to obtain as needed
- Experience with Microsoft applications preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinates field and laboratory technicians and assist supervisors in assigning tasks to them on individual projects
- Assist in the training of technicians and provides input on performance of technicians
- Prepares construction materials testing and observation reports which provide written documentation of services performed
- Work directly with clients to meet needs
- Performs safety audits of technical staff as applicable
