About The Position

This position is a high-visibility role that will manage the day-to-day Operations, Order Entry and ensure that orders are completed end to end for Global FOC (Free of Charge) requests. Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, DC and other cross-functional teams to ensure order completion for all PR, Brand Marketing, Field Education and other free of charge requests.

Requirements

1+ years' experience in Order Management, EDI and or similar field
GED, High School Diploma
Microsoft Excel & Word required
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate both verbally and written
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
Proficient knowledge of dept. programs, applications and computer operating systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, Smart tools)

Responsibilities

Business partner between other functional areas including Distribution Center and Sales to ensure consistent service
Manage On Time delivery dates, and Order Efficiency Orders Measure globally
Process Internal FOC orders supporting Marketing, Education, PR teams (including data and order entry, Sales communication, order acknowledgements and tracking)
Support follow-up according to customer service level agreements timings behind: order status, stock availability inquiries, project status, shipping discrepancies, and other customer order specific requests
Helps establish order calendars with cross functional teams along with establishing processes to allow for more efficiency
Oversee and support all orders volumes with an average of 3000 per month.
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, have a sense of urgency and hit deadlines
Accepts and provides constructive coaching and feedback
Creates and maintains clean and organized database
Performs other duties and tasks as needed upon request by management
