The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily field operations, recruiting efforts, manpower coordination, and customer workforce needs. This position serves as a bridge between field leadership, employees, recruiting, and Workforce Strategy to ensure staffing levels, attendance management, onboarding, and operational support are handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. This role requires a hands-on approach and flexibility to support multiple customer locations within a one-hour radius of Montgomery, Alabama.
