Requirements

  • College graduate in Office Administration / Accounting or similar area of study
  • Must have previous experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and efficient
  • You will be highly organized, efficient and have good attention to detail
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Accounting, Logistics and Waste Management experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Provide support exporting information from various sources into excel reports
  • Review required paperwork, ensure required documents and information is available, entering data for invoicing
  • Supports the management of customers/vendors, setting up new accounts in the Company’s operational management system (OMS)
  • Creates Purchase Orders, maintains Accounts payable for the branch, working with vendors in regards to payments
  • Assist the Billing Department with customer invoicing
  • Create sales orders in OMS
  • Process credits and refunds on customer accounts
  • Responsible for ad hoc internal reports and customer requested billing/invoicing reports
  • Respond to incoming customer calls and transfer to the proper departments
  • Other duties as assigned
