POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Principal, the Operations Coordinator will support the non-instructional operations of the school site. The Operations Coordinator will oversee attendance, child nutrition, recruitment and enrollment, facilities, field trips, health and safety, scheduling, records, testing, and transportation. The Operations Coordinator will also support key compliance projects and manage operations team members, which may include Office Assistant(s), Food Service staff, and/or additional staff members. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, systems-oriented team member with people and project management experience. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, experience with process improvement, and can quickly build strong relationships with faculty, families, staff, and students.
