The USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, Telehealth Clinic is seeking to hire an Operations Coordinator to join its dynamic administrative team for its Trauma Recovery Center (TRC). The TRC provides outreach and services to victims of a wide range of crimes ages 12 and up. Services offered include evidence-based and evidence-informed mental health services and support services. The TRC Operations Coordinator will report to the Associate Director of Field Education and Telehealth Operations. The Operations Coordinator will hold a critical role in providing high-level support to all stakeholders that include the clinic’s leadership team, clinical team, clients, and community partners. Candidate will be directly involved in the daily activities of the TRC. This includes answering the clinic’s phone line daily during regular business hours. In addition, will be responsible for the data management and reporting of required data to funder. Candidate must be a fast learner, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent critical thinking skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a very fast-paced, high-demand, and constantly changing environment. They should have experience in providing excellent customer service to various stakeholders and different levels of management in a clinical setting. In addition, the candidate must have a strong work ethic and advanced technological and analytical skills. Required fluent (verbal and written communication) in Spanish. This is a 100% full-time, grant-funded, fixed-term, fully in-person position through June 30, 2028.
