Airgas is Hiring for an Operations Coordinator in Salt Lake City, UT! We are looking for you! As an Operations Coordinator, you will act as a key resource for our customers, addressing their concerns and questions with a focus on processing and researching orders using our SAP system. In this role, you may proactively reach out to customers to receive orders and provide updates on their progress. You will work closely with AR, Admin, Sales Reps, and branches to resolve customer challenges and may route inquiries to other departments to ensure the best support. Your focus will be to use your product knowledge, customer service tools, and interpersonal skills to effectively support each customer in a professional manner. You will also be entrusted with billing, inventory management, and ensuring the integrity of our FDA compliance within the plant.
