About The Position

Sunvek Roofing is hiring an Operations Coordinator for its Phoenix office. The role sits at the center of the company's operations, coordinating among customers, sales, production, and leadership. The coordinator will work directly with the General Manager and leadership team, learn multiple parts of the roofing business, and take on additional responsibility as performance allows. The position uses ServiceTitan and established operating processes, and offers opportunities to advance into operations, production, finance, and management roles.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple jobs, people, and priorities at once.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
Comfort with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
Willingness to take on more responsibility and earn it.
Experience in coordination, office management, or operations is a plus but not required.
A college degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for new customers and existing clients by phone.
Coordinate customer data entry, job scheduling, sales lead and appointment assignments, and project record and workflow updates in ServiceTitan.
Track jobs through each stage of production to completion.
Keep customers informed about their project status.
Assist with accounts receivable collections and customer invoicing.
Support job costing and project financial tracking.
Maintain accurate records across departments.
Coordinate communication among customers, sales, production, and leadership.
Identify and resolve problems and help build and improve processes as the company grows.
