As a member of the Fleet Operations team, you will be working to provide our customers & our partners with superior service through the process of maintaining vehicles and coordinating repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and maintenance facilities to ensure service needs are thoroughly completed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Answer incoming maintenance and accident calls
  • Review and authorize routine maintenance service orders within company guidelines
  • Generate and issue maintenance PO's to service facilities
  • Assist the Fleet Operations team with overflow support for accident calls, including: Incoming accident notifications & reports, Working with drivers to locate body shops, Assisting with rental vehicle needs, Navigate through the estimate, repair and approval process of damages
  • Assist the Fleet Operations team in an overflow capacity to provide information and notifications to drivers and fleet contacts of manufacturer issued safety recalls
  • Work collaboratively with all cross-functional groups, including Management, Customer Experience, Business Development & Accounting
  • Provide overflow support for other team members to ensure that client needs are met
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives, improving workflow & identifying efficiencies & cost savings
