The Role We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Operations Coordinator/Field Installer to handle daily rental operations with field installer responsibilities in Houston, Texas. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the equipment rental, construction, or logistics industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient computer skills; knowledge of Point of Rental is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate and transport equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting ability.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CDL a plus.
- Employment is contingent upon passing all required background investigations, which may include verification of employment history, education, criminal history, and other relevant records as permitted by law.
- May be required to undergo drug and alcohol testing, consistent with applicable state and federal laws, as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, dispatching, and logistics for equipment rentals.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs with service teams.
- Track inventory availability and utilization.
- Deliver, set up, and install rental equipment at customer sites.
- Provide basic training and demonstrations for customers on safe and effective equipment use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during installation and transport.
