The Business Operations and Strategy department is seeking an Operations Coordinator - Facilities. This position performs a wide variety of functions to support the planning, evaluation, and implementation of the maintenance program for assigned Clean Water Services (CWS) facilities. Coordinates and reviews building maintenance, construction, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), fire systems, plumbing, and all other project-related contracted services. Serves as the primary liaison between CWS and contracted service providers, coordinating schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with contract requirements.
