About The Position

This role is for an Operations Consultant at Technical Assent, focusing on helping large, complex government organizations transform their global human capital, training, and education enterprise. The consultant will address difficult-to-define and quantify issues, often involving competing interests and requiring senior leadership attention. The position involves researching, preparing, and delivering high-quality client deliverables, building client trust, managing time effectively, and contributing to team efforts. The role also includes broadening knowledge in Technical Assent's capability areas, developing practical expertise, applying consulting approaches, sharing knowledge, building reusable process assets, and supporting business development efforts by researching customer needs and assisting with proposals. The consultant will also work with management to develop change orders or proposals and maintain a professional demeanor consistent with company values.
