About The Position

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking innovators, collaborators, and problem solvers for its Operations Co-Op position starting in January 2027 in North America. This program is designed to cultivate future talent by providing a blend of experiential on-the-job learning, a dynamic environment, access to business leaders, and a supportive team. The co-op will focus on process improvement initiatives and collaboration with plant leadership in state-of-the-art facilities, offering hands-on manufacturing experience. This program serves as a talent pipeline for the Early Careers Program in Operations and throughout the organization. The company is considering individuals excited about relocating to various sites across the US. This is a rotational position, with the location determined post-offer acceptance in November 2026.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a focus on Chemical, Electrical, Automation, Controls, Industrial or Mechanical
Must be willing to join during at least two semesters, including one non-summer term
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Sponsorship is not available now or in the future
Ability to travel 10 - 20 percent of the time

Nice To Haves

Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience
Experience via student organizations, such as Engineers without Borders, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Chemical Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers etc.
