About The Position

The Johnson & Johnson Finance Co-Op is a six-month experience designed for students who want hands-on exposure, meaningful projects, and mentorship from finance professionals. Opportunities in finance can include Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research & Development Finance, Internal Audit, Tax and other finance areas. Specific responsibilities may include budget support, capital budgeting, financial consolidation, month/year end closing procedures. Throughout the experience, you’ll build practical skills in analysis, communication, and problem-solving while working alongside teams that help drive business decisions. In this role, you may support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, data analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional business projects. Opportunities are available across Johnson & Johnson’s Medical Technology, Innovative Medicine, and Corporate businesses, with roles in or near New Brunswick, NJ, Raritan, NJ, Titusville, NJ, Spring House, PA, Jacksonville, FL, Raynham, MA, and Danvers, MA. This program is also a strong pathway into Johnson & Johnson’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a 2.5 year program where early-career talent continues to grow through rotations, training, coaching, and leadership development. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or fifth-year master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or another business-related major, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Intermediate Excel skills or a strong willingness to build them quickly.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.
  • If you are under 18 years of age, you (the candidate) may need to obtain the necessary working papers or other documentation required by state law to start the assignment, as well as get a parent’s consent for the background check.
