About The Position

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking innovators, collaborators, and problem solvers for its Internship & Co-Op Program, which focuses on cultivating future talent. This program offers a blend of experiential learning, a dynamic environment, access to business leaders, and a supportive team. The Operations Co-Op role, starting in January 2027, involves completing assignments focused on process improvement initiatives and collaborating with plant leadership in state-of-the-art facilities. This co-op program serves as a talent pipeline for the Early Careers Program in Operations and throughout the organization. The company is considering individuals excited about relocating to various sites across North America, with the specific location to be determined post-offer acceptance. This is a rotational position offering hands-on experience in manufacturing.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a focus on Chemical, Electrical, Automation, Controls, Industrial or Mechanical
Must be willing to join during at least two semesters, including one non-summer term
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Sponsorship is not available now or in the future

Nice To Haves

Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience
Experience via student organizations, such as Engineers without Borders, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Chemical Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers etc.
