About The Position
As an Engineering Co-op here at Honeywell Technologies, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions that address real-world challenges across various business functions in the United States. This co-op offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to impactful projects that drive innovation and operational excellence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact Honeywell’s engineering initiatives by assisting in the development of quality, efficient, and safe engineering projects while learning to support continuous improvement efforts that enhance product and process performance. You will also assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects across various disciplines, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements, and support the analysis of technical data and troubleshooting of engineering issues to optimize performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Technology, Engineering, or similar field
- Must graduate December 2027 or later
- Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the co-op
- Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
- Authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities
