This role is responsible for maintaining the bank’s customer files in compliance with established policies and procedures. This includes performing a variety of duties related to customer service and support. The scope of these duties includes general customer inquiries, return item processes, internet and telephone banking assistance, processing mobile deposits and tax levies, ChexSystem reporting as well as other general customer assistance. This role must be able to exhibit excellent customer service to the bank’s customers and fellow employees. This is a centralized function to support operations to ensure efficiency throughout the bank.
