About The Position

Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the operations, planning, and purchasing functions. Hours: 10:00am to 6:30pm

Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job, OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of work experience.
  • Proficient at general software, including MS Office and/or Google Office tools
  • Requires very good organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and ability to coordinate phases of work with others.
  • Must act with a sense of urgency in all situations.
  • Is proactive and works to resolve minor issues before they become major issues.
  • Meets deadlines and honors commitments, with consistent and timely follow up.
  • Values and listens to feedback from all levels of the organization, and integrates it into their thinking and actions.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and logs records, files, or paperwork, verifying completeness and accuracy.
  • Inputs data, compiles information, and distributes or processes files to completion.
  • Answers questions, retrieves information, or generates reports for management as needed.
  • Assist with production planning and special projects.
  • Performs scheduled inventory cycle counts
  • Assists with purchasing of MRO and other manufacturing supplies
  • Maintains inventory of various supplies, including inks, lubricants and other facility supplies
  • Perform other related duties and overtime as required.
