Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the operations, planning, and purchasing functions. The hours for this position are 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. The role involves receiving and logging records, files, or paperwork, verifying completeness and accuracy. It also includes inputting data, compiling information, and distributing or processing files to completion. The Operations Clerk 2 will answer questions, retrieve information, or generate reports for management as needed. Additionally, the position assists with production planning and special projects, performs scheduled inventory cycle counts, and assists with the purchasing of MRO and other manufacturing supplies. Maintaining an inventory of various supplies, including inks, lubricants, and other facility supplies, is also a key responsibility. The role may require performing other related duties and overtime as needed.
