The Global Operations Change & Communications Manager will lead organizational change management, operational communications, employee engagement, and internal communications initiatives across the Global Solutions Operations organization. This role will play a critical part in supporting ERP deployments, PMO governance, operational initiatives, and business readiness activities by ensuring employees are informed, engaged, prepared, and aligned throughout all phases of operational change. In addition to communications and change management responsibilities, this role will own the modernization and ongoing management of the Operations intranet presence, including operational landing pages, governance repositories, deployment communication hubs, and employee-facing operational content. The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, highly collaborative, digitally savvy, organized, and passionate about creating strong employee engagement and communication experiences across a global organization.
