The Communications and Change Management Specialist designs and develops strategic and operational communications for Federal clients. They facilitate organizational change with stakeholders and lead multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, complex environment. Ideal candidates have at least 7 years of experience in communications and change management. They are interested in homeland security clients and emergency management. Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely - depending on client, contract, and company needs. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at time of employment.
