About The Position

You will be an Operations Center Analyst for the F-35 Program at our Wright Patterson Air Force Base Operations Center in Ohio. Our team is responsible for first-line support for the F-35 Wright-Patterson Operations Center customers & sites. The F-35 Ops Center is a 24/7/365 operation, and the candidate may be required to work different shifts and days as needed. Shifts will include first, second, and third. Workdays will include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Must be a United States citizen. Must be able to obtain Interim Secret clearance and start within 120 days. Must be able to obtain a final Secret Security Clearance. Must be able to obtain F-35 Program access.

  • Familiarity with incident response procedures and escalation protocols.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Customer service experience.
  • You thrive in a collaborative on-site environment, actively contributing to team discussions and projects.
  • You possess strong critical thinking skills, enabling you to make effective decisions quickly, even in high-pressure situations.
  • You are committed to continuous improvement, regularly seeking opportunities to enhance processes and workflows for greater efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary weekend liaison linking internal and external stakeholders with the F‑35 Sustainment ecosystem—including Sustaining Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Sustainment Performance Management, Field Operations, Support Equipment, Training, and additional partner teams as required
  • Help drive the evolution of the F‑35 Operations Center by keeping its processes up‑to‑date and championing new, best‑practice solutions. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to shape how the center operates, introduce innovative workflows, and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives as the organization matures
  • You’ll play a pivotal role in elevating the F‑35 fleet’s aircraft availability and mission‑ready rates. By engaging daily with operators and stakeholders, you’ll drive tangible improvements that keep the expanding fleet—and its customers—mission‑focused and operating at peak performance.
