About The Position

The Operations Associate is an entry level position within Deposit Operations responsible for supporting the daily operations functions of the department and the bank. This position performs routine processing, verification, documentation, and administrative duties while developing knowledge of Deposit Operations processes, systems, policies, and regulatory requirements. This position is designed to provide foundational experience within Deposit Operations and may be cross trained in multiple operational functions based on department needs, employee development, and demonstrated proficiency.

• Willingness and ability to learn additional operational functions through cross-training.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Basic proficiency with computers and standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lockbox processing
• Debit Card inventory production and fulfillment activities
• Mobile wallet provisioning notifications.
• Return mail management
• ICS/CDARS statements and imaging
• Follow established security, confidentiality, dual-control, and internal-control procedures.
• Assist with research and resolution of routine operational questions.
• Learn Bank systems, products, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements associated with assigned responsibilities.
• Participate in cross-training within Deposit Operations to develop proficiency in additional functions and provide back-up support as needed.
• Assist with testing, documentation, and other departmental initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information; follow established policies and procedures in responding to inquiries and requests.
