About The Position

The Operations Associate supports Supply Chain Management (SCM) by facilitating interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders and helping resolve issues related to product pricing, returns, order expediting, and invoice and receipt discrepancies. The role supports core SCM functions and responds to a high volume of inbound communications from Mayo Clinic staff and external suppliers through phone, tickets, email, and other communication channels. Working within a call center, the Operations Associate serves as a first point of contact for customers and suppliers. The associate also participates in work groups and contributes to assigned projects. Additional job-related duties may be assigned by leadership. The selection process may include an optional-at-your-convenience OnDemand prerecorded interview.
