About The Position

The Operations Associate II operates production machine slitters and performs product labeling, packaging, boxing, palletizing, and other warehouse activities. The role also supports inventory audits, maintains a clean and safe warehouse, provides customer service, mentors peers, and trains new associates.

• Ability to stand or sit for long periods while operating rewind machines.

• Foundational problem-solving ability and sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months learning XPEL processes and policies is preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent is desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machine slitter equipment as needed.
• Label, package, and box products for transfer into finished goods.
• Stack and palletize products weighing from 5 to 50 pounds.
• Assist with inventory audits, including daily cycle counts and month-end and year-end inventory counts.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse, keeping the work area neat, orderly, and safe during work and leaving it clean before departing.
• Accurately pack, palletize, wrap, and label orders as needed.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Mentor peers.
• Provide on-the-job training to new associates.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as needed.
