About The Position

The Operations Associate II operates production machine slitters and rewind machines as needed, labels and packages products, and performs warehouse activities. The role includes preparing products for finished goods and customer orders, assisting with inventory counts, maintaining a clean and safe facility, providing customer service, and mentoring and training peers. The position requires standing or sitting for extended periods and lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Ability to visually inspect products and document defects.
Ability to stand or sit for long periods to operate rewind machines.
Ability to work as a professional team player in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Good communication skills.
Foundational problem-solving ability and sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

At least 6 months learning XPEL processes and policies.
High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent.

Responsibilities

Operate production machine slitter equipment as needed.
Properly label, package, and box products for transfer into finished goods.
Stack and palletize products ranging from 5 to 50 pounds.
Assist with inventory audits, including daily cycle counts and month-end and year-end inventory counts.
Clean and maintain the warehouse and participate in facility housekeeping.
Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work area during working hours and leave the area clean before leaving work.
Accurately pack, palletize, wrap, and label orders as needed.
Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
Mentor peers and provide on-the-job training to new associates.
Perform other duties or responsibilities as needed.
