THE ROLE We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our daily activities, with a focus on data management and project support. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience. You will work closely with operational teams and project managers, helping to keep data accurate while also supporting the planning and coordination of projects.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
  • Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry, simple formulas, filtering)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Ability to manage routine tasks while supporting project-related work
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Check and reconcile data to ensure accuracy across different sources
  • Identify and flag any discrepancies, and support resolving them
  • Keep records well-organized and up to date
  • Assist with basic reporting by preparing simple data summaries
  • Support project managers with the planning, execution, and tracking of projects
  • Help prepare and update project plans, timelines, and basic budgets
  • Track progress and follow up on tasks to help keep projects on schedule
