About The Position

This is not a typical assistant job - it's an accelerated path into senior leadership. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the leadership team at Community Concierge Services (CCS), a founder-led, fast-growing nationwide provider of doorstep waste and recycling collection. Every night, our team of 600+ employees services more than 160,000 apartment units across the country, and we're expanding into new markets constantly. We're looking for someone who wants to learn how a national operations company actually runs - by being in the room, on the road, and in the field where decisions get made. Top performers in this seat are groomed directly for senior leadership roles as we grow. You'll work directly with company leadership out of our Atlanta, GA office, keeping the same hours the leadership team keeps. Your role will change day by day: one week you might be in the office driving projects, coordinating between markets, and supporting executive priorities - the next you might be on a plane with 24 hours' notice to help launch a new market, solve an operational problem, or support a district on the ground. If you need a predictable 9-to-5, this is not your job. If you want maximum exposure, maximum learning, and a real shot at leadership, keep reading.
