Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be comfortable working in all conditions, including indoors and outdoors in any weather, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, working at heights, and entering confined spaces as needed.
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights), if required
  • Ability to lift and move loads of various weights

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties associated with receiving and safely unloading and processing direct and indirect materials.
  • Inspect all incoming parts and materials to match part description, overages, shortages, or damage.
  • Perform duties associated with stocking, controlling and issuing spare parts, materials (including tools), and/or supplies (including fuel) in accordance with established procedures.
  • Weigh designated incoming and outgoing truck and rail shipments and route delivery carriers to specific locations for unloading.
  • Perform minor maintenance on equipment and/or work with maintenance personnel on major repairs.
  • Understand and follow written or verbal instructions and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot operational problems.
  • Knowledge and support of SAP and Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Access and Sharepoint
  • Use computers to: Access procedures and other information, Access and complete required training, Input/retrieve data from SAP and other software programs
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and company rules and policies.
  • Work rotating shift as required.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks necessary to maintain the warehouses, yards and equipment
