About The Position

At Bank of America, the Operations Analyst analyzes day-to-day issues within a business unit, researches them, and provides resolutions. The role supports defined procedures and routine analytics, creates reports, and completes exception processing. It also assists with implementing products, services, and operational solutions; supports the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services; and provides guidance on procedural, technical, and operational changes. For Banc of America Leasing & Capital, the role is responsible for timely and accurate release of motor vehicle titles and UCCs. Work includes due diligence through systems of record and vendor portals, preparing lien-release documentation, executing signatures and notarization, communicating with internal and external clients, and updating release status in the system of record. The position also involves inspecting and interpreting data to identify issues and trends and validate operational processes. Working knowledge of motor vehicle titling is preferred; individuals typically have 2+ years of experience.

Requirements

Knowledge of leasing documentation and credit structures.
Experience preparing Bills of Sale, Powers of Attorney, lien release letters, UCC terminations, or other collateral documents.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients.
Well organized and efficient, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Typically 2+ years of experience.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of motor vehicle titling.
Experience with LMS or Alfa.
Experience releasing titles.
Experience with Dealflo.

Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating implementation of products, services, and operational solutions.
Support the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services.
Provide guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes.
Expand knowledge of business products within the operations environment.
Build relationships with partners and teammates.
Inspect data to identify issues and trends.
Collect and interpret data to validate operational processes.
Release motor vehicle titles and UCCs accurately and promptly for Banc of America Leasing & Capital.
Conduct due diligence using systems of record and vendor portals.
Prepare lien-release documentation, execute signatures and notarization, and communicate with internal and external clients.
Update the system of record with release status for tracking purposes.
Research and resolve day-to-day issues within a business unit; support procedures, routine analytics, reports, and exception processing.
