About The Position

The Operations Analyst analyzes day-to-day issues within a business unit, researches them, and provides resolutions. The role supports defined procedures and routine analytics, creates reports, and completes exception processing. It also assists with implementing products, services, and operational solutions; supports the design and monitoring of new products and services; and helps teams respond to procedural, technical, and operational changes.

• Experience in financial-services or operations environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI experience.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, metrics, and trend identification.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and process improvement.
• Experience developing procedures, process maps, or business requirements.
• Familiarity with risk management, controls, and compliance.
• Experience communicating findings and recommendations to leadership.

• Assist with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions.
• Support the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services.
• Provide guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes.
• Expand business products knowledge within the operations environment.
• Build a network by developing relationships with partners and teammates.
• Inspect data to identify issues and trends.
• Collect and interpret data to validate operational processes.
• Research and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Support defined procedures, routine analytics, reporting, and exception processing.
