Raytheon is seeking results-driven operations and program management professional with expertise in developing automated data models, strengthening invoicing and compliance integrity, and improving cycle time through integrated, actionable reporting. Skilled in leading proposal development, managing work packages, and aligning cost, schedule, and quality objectives with program strategy. Experienced in master scheduling, long‑term planning, demand management, and production readiness, with a focus on reducing risk, enhancing efficiency, and enabling cross-functional teams to focus on core mission priorities. Please note that this position will be ONSITE, and located in WESTFORD, MA. No relocation will be provided for this role.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior operations, manufacturing and/or engineering experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years experience
  • Experience in proposals and / or budget management
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Nice To Haves

  • Aerospace & Defense manufacturing experience, including Electro‑Optical assembly work and program transitions from design to production.
  • Strong conceptual problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges and drive execution.
  • Earned Value certified with Control/Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience and proficiency in generating EACs/LREs.
  • Skilled in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, with CORE/Six Sigma and continuous improvement background.
  • Demonstrated leadership in program management, customer interfacing, and developing competitive bids and proposals across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and automate data models, reporting tools, and evidence collection processes to support cost account management, progress‑based payments, and compliance.
  • Strengthen data integrity and traceability while consolidating multiple sources to improve accuracy, cycle time, and overall invoicing efficiency.
  • Reduce workload for finance, engineering, and operations teams by providing actionable program information and streamlined support mechanisms.
  • Lead and manage operations proposal activities—including BOEs, cost/schedule accountability, gate review preparation, and alignment with program strategies.
  • Support program execution through work package maintenance (ETCs/EACs), labor charge monitoring, and application of planning disciplines such as master scheduling, demand planning, long‑term planning, router/build analysis, OTD, OBEYA, and SIOP
