About The Position

This role blends healthcare operations, data analysis, client advisory, product partnership, and platform configuration to help healthcare organizations improve workforce, scheduling, and operational performance. The ideal candidate understands clinical workflows, labor systems, client data, and SaaS implementation, and can translate complex operational realities into clear recommendations and scalable TeamBuilder configuration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in healthcare operations, analytics, consulting, healthcare technology, implementation, or related field.
  • Experience with healthcare SaaS, workforce management, scheduling, clinical operations, or healthcare analytics.
  • Ability to understand product functionality, data requirements, configuration options, and client workflows.
  • Strong experience with client data, validation, interpretation, and operational decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of workforce management, staffing, scheduling, time and attendance, productivity, labor utilization, provider availability, and capacity planning.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, ideally from clinical or ambulatory care experience.
  • Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • SQL or comparable database-querying experience.
  • Data analysis, validation, modeling, dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical storytelling and executive-ready PowerPoint or presentation materials.

  • Workforce-management, labor-management, scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, or capacity-planning platforms.
  • Clinical, ambulatory care, or health-system experience.
  • Healthcare SaaS implementation or support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assess clinical workflows, staffing models, scheduling practices, and operational constraints.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, pain points, and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve staffing, scheduling, capacity utilization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Analyze workforce, scheduling, patient volume, productivity, utilization, labor cost, and capacity data.
  • Use Excel, SQL, and BI tools to uncover trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build repeatable analytical models that support staffing, scheduling, planning, and performance decisions.
  • Translate complex or incomplete client data into clear, practical recommendations.
  • Develop strong command of the TeamBuilder product, data requirements, and customer use cases.
  • Evaluate client data quality, completeness, limitations, and relationship to clinical workflows.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success on configuration and product needs.
  • Use product and data insights to improve implementation quality, platform adoption, and customer outcomes.
  • Evaluate staffing models, labor utilization, provider schedules, availability, productivity, demand, and capacity.
  • Apply knowledge of workforce management, labor rules, scheduling, payroll, HRIS, timekeeping, and EHR/EMR systems.
  • Help clients translate workforce policies, labor rules, and clinical requirements into practical platform configuration.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, metrics, and performance models.
  • Define meaningful KPIs that help clients monitor performance and measure outcomes.
  • Prepare concise, executive-ready presentations that explain findings, recommendations, and impact.
  • Translate clinical workflows, analytical findings, labor requirements, and operational needs into TeamBuilder configuration.
  • Configure staffing templates, scheduling rules, provider availability, room capacity, workflow constraints, and workforce policies.
  • Validate configuration decisions against client data, expected outcomes, and real-world workflows.
  • Facilitate conversations with clinical and operational leaders to understand operating models, challenges, and priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor connecting client data, workflow, labor systems, product capabilities, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve client experience, product fit, and data-driven value.
  • Validate that configuration and analytics produce outcomes aligned with real-world workflows.
  • Monitor performance after implementation and identify opportunities for continued optimization.
  • Refine dashboards, analytical models, configuration approaches, and reporting as client needs evolve.
