About The Position

The Business Process Analyst IV is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes within an organization. Identifies inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and proposes solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in several lines of business (Business Services, Health, Infrastructure and Engineering, Mission Optimization, Technology and Transportation) for the federal government and commercial enterprises. Requirements

  • Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract.
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven plus (7+) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis; document current and future workflows.
  • Create process maps and documentation including SOPs, decision points, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on process changes and support successful implementation.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and improve quality.
  • Perform data analysis to uncover trends and drive data based improvement recommendations.
  • Support change management by communicating updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating training.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and track ongoing performance.
  • Promote continuous improvement and stay current on industry best practices.
  • May lead, train, and mentor team members.
